Payments, Shipping & Returns

All Local Pickup orders will receive a pickup confirmation email as soon as order is ready, within 48hrs.

Payments:

  • Sales within Texas will require sales tax.
  • Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
  • For local sales, in-store payment and pick-up is also available. Order confirmation and pickup instructions will be sent within 48hrs of receiving order. For more information, please email us at restoreonline@ahfh.org

Shipping:

  • Orders ship within the continental U.S. only. For shoppers located in Alaska or Hawaii, contact us as additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days unless freight shipping is required or otherwise specified.

Returns:

  • A 14-day return policy is offered for all shipped items to allow time for delivery. *Excludes Local Pickup
  • The buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
