How long will my order be held?
How long will my order be held?
Your purchase will be held at the store for 48 hours. If it hasn’t been picked up within that timeframe, it will be refunded and returned to our inventory for other shoppers.

Yes! Our ReStore team will be available to help you load your purchase when you arrive for pickup.

ReStore offers a Seven-Day Guarantee on donated Electrical/Mechanical Items
Return Policy Rules:
All donated electrical/mechanical item returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
The seven-day limit starts the day of purchase.
All returns must be approved by the store manager on duty.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased.
Customer is responsible for bringing items back to the ReStore to finalize the return.
Returns will be issued in the form of item exchange or store credit.
A customer account (including: first/last name, address, city, state, zip, email, and phone number) must be created for all returns.
The ReStore reserves the right to limit or refuse any return.

We do not offer delivery or shipping at this time. All purchases must be picked up in person at the ReStore location selected during checkout.

No, we’re not able to transfer purchases between ReStore locations. Please pick up your item at the store you selected during checkout.
How can I view an online item in person before purchasing?

All of our online items can be viewed in-store—at any location that has the item in stock. We have three ReStore locations, so feel free to call the store directly to check if a specific item is available to view.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and ReStore gift cards.

Yes, you are able to purchase multiple items from different pickup locations if that is convenient for you. While shopping, you'll see options for store locations where the product is in stock.

Yes, if an item is in stock at a location on the website, you can come into the store and purchase it at the cash register. Please note that if it’s a low-stock item, it might sell before you arrive.
